Migthy Mutanimals old draw
I remember watching the *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* cartoon when I was a child, I’m talking about the original series.
Years later, when the internet came along, I started looking up information about the show; that led me to the Archie Comics *TMNT* series and, consequently, the Mighty Mutanimals. I never liked that the group—along with Slash—was killed in those comics; they deserved a better final, and I think that’s what made me so selective about the comics I collect.
While going through some things, I found an old drawing I made back in 2008, based on the following image.

It was part of an idea for a fanfic I never actually wrote, but it takes place after the final issue of the Archie TMNT comics; the Sinopsis went something like this:
Some time after returning to New York, Mikey decides to visit the Mighty Mutanimals' island to pay his respects at his friends' graves. However, upon arrival, he catches someone desecrating the grave; before he can stop the intruder, he ends up in a different dimension and time period, where in his quest to get home he meets and teams up with another version of the Mighty Mutanimals.
I’m trying to recall why I didn't include Wingnut and Screwloose, and I think it was because, since they were aliens, I didn't see a reason to add them back then.
I know I made several drawings based on this idea; I'll look for them and upload them as soon as I find them.
