That’s a good question.

Or at least a question I’ve been constantly asking myself. Why?

Because I’ve come across a few videos and pictures that have warranted several responses from fans who either express their concern for his weary appearance, apparent drinking problem and comments about the mainland.

Some have come to his defense saying he made those comments to protect his family, or that his parents are from the mainland and he grew up in HK, so it’s no big deal. Some say he has a right to talk highly of his country.

Then there are those who don’t agree with Jackson, and have simply given up on him. They’ve stated how they feel about the mainland and its many problems. In response, some of his defenders have shot back with, “Oh, so your country isn’t problematic?” Which, I can admit, the States doesn’t have a good track record. But there are certain factors and aspects that make the States different from the Mainland.

But what I don’t particularly like is that it feels at times as though it’s Ahgases vs. Jackson-only stans (aka Jackys), ahgases vs. ahgases, and Jackys vs. ahgases.

I don't like Jackys because it's either you're an Ahgase or not. What's the point of being a fan of his if you can't acknowledge the others?

And I think there's a bit of a problem with Jackson's overall behavior.
