FZN Choir Awards Dinner - Class of 2022
Jack participated in choir for all four years of High School ( as well as all three years of Middle school). It was one of the few parts of school that he seemed to truly enjoy.
In his last year of middle school he was selected to be a member of the Metro 8 Choir and sang alongside students from other top schools in the Greater St Louis area.
Whenever you attended one of Jack's choir concerts, you could clearly hear his powerful voice in every siong. he was one of the few voices that could stay on note, follow the harmony part assigned to his role, and project clearly from the men's section of the choir.
then again... I can pick out my son's voice in a crowded room anyway. A skill I learned from being a scout leader for so many years, and having my son be one of several hundred young boys screaming, "Hey Dad!"
I'm really going to miss the "required" school choir concerts. I love hearing my son sing, and I doubt he will have any use for the talent once school is out. He really has a beautiful singing voice.
(Unfortunately, he would not le me take a photo of him all night long)
