Have to let you know about this workout today... Its like a Mack truck coming at ya...ShaunT knows how to get it done quickly. Nonstop calisthenics with the step. Enjoyed it, but holy crap. Tonight's workout was day six and day seven of the #MorningMeltdown100 The cardio workout was short and sweet kick my but I didn't enjoy the jumping but I can modify, and keep the intensity up. The second workout day 7 was a focus on legs and was a butt kicker I used 15 20s and 35s for the work out and it was a scorcher.
