Back to Yoga! 🧘♀️ My youngest daughter @xdc_sunshine and youngest granddaughter started back on yoga again this morning! This is my new yoga 🧘♀️ mat from @tjmaxx 😁 My body still wouldn’t keep up with the moves, but I feel like my balance is getting better. I have my PT today at a new location, so thinking this will also help with my arthritis, sciatica and other body pains.
