When you develop a growing intimacy with Jesus Christ, HE becomes your security. You don't need to look for popularity or positions to make you feel good about yourself, because your relationship with Christ fills that need. The closer you become with Jesus, the better you like yourself, the more confidence you have, and the more secure you become.
