Ithaca Dr. Zaic Dr. Zaic - Rounding out the Box of Hops 2018. This also fell why short of expectations. Not posting Flower Power, but even the can of that was far worse than the most recent draft I had.
Love the 8 pack can format as at least I’m not stuck with 8 extras I don’t want, but will likely be passing on next year’s version. Â
Ithaca Beer Happy Pils and Hellish Lager - First visit to the taproom in quite a while. I've been craving lagers and these did the job very well. Preferred the Pils and would've bought some cans or bottles if they had any. The bahn mi was outstanding as well. Appreciate that the menu rotates, but wish this would be a permanent fixture.
Ithaca Beer Lawnch and Western Denali - Stopped in to the taproom for the first time in a long time. Lawnch just went on tap yesterday with their unfortunately timed patio opening. It may be the best 5 BBL series beer I've ever had from them. The Denali pale ale was just ok in comparison. The taproom special pizza with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms was awesome. Should be part of the regular menu.
