This is another thing that I have been working on in fits and starts for a while, and it’s still one I believe will see daylight at some point.

But then I don't like it so I proceed to not finish it, and not publish it, so is it really better than nothing? 🤔

I am puzzled. Why? I had been on vacation in Korea and Malaysia the last 2.5 weeks, eating and drinking, celebrating with family. As you all know from my last few weeks' posts and stories, it has been pretty much a non stop enjoying the life and eating trip. I expected to gain weight which I was okay with as I know how to get back on track in my healthy fit lifestyle program. I stepped on my scale this morning (came home yesterday afternoon). Lo and behold, I DIDN'T gain any weight at all. In fact the scale showed 0.8 lbs less than the morning I left for vacation. I couldn't believe it, so I kept weighing myself 10 more times😁😂 What???? Amazed? I sure am! I expected to gain at least couple of pounds. Why didn't I? I attributed it to -- having kept to part of my fit lifestyle in doing at least 20 mins workout each day and continued with my fluid intake even though the eating part was of kilter. I am now an even bigger advocate of this sustainable lifestyle!! . Oh as a side note. My sister @amy_nglloyd gained 1.5 lbs during this same vacation. How come? She didn't keep up with her workouts and fluid intake like I did. But it is ok. The 1.5 lbs will be gone by end of the week. . Waiting for you to join in.
