The Hidden Sanctum is a modern fantasy game set in an alternative, more unusual version of our world. Book One takes place in a magical plane called the Hidden Sanctum, where unique people – just like you – are taken to learn the truth about the world and discover their true potential. Are you ready to find out what fate has in store for you?

When your old neighbor, Mrs. Kendrick, calls you late in the evening and asks you to watch over her daughter for a couple of hours, you have no idea your whole life is about to be turned upside down. The girl arrives at your door, but with her, so does a legion of mechanical soldiers. They're after you, though you don't know why. Under fire, you leave your home and start running. But where can you go? Will this be your last journey, or will it be the beginning of your new life?

Temple of Endless Night – Submitted!

I have just submitted Temple of Endless Night to Hosted Games!

The final wordcount managed to pass the 200k mark, which makes me both very surprised and incredibly happy. It's been a long journey (I started working on the game exactly eleven months ago), but we're finally getting close to the end.

The Alchemist - Announcement!

I've been to dozens of people like you - alchemists, apothecaries, mages - and you're all the same. You claim to know things, but when something really happens, you're just as useless as the rest of us! You're all charlatans! Charlatans!

These words are how you get sent on one of the most important (and most difficult) missions of your life. Your life is relatively uneventful until the morning when Mrs. Daruna Argando, a noblewoman known for her immense wealth and influence, enters your shop, seeking help for her dying grandson.

Will you be able to save her suffering grandson from a terrible fate and figure out what really happened to him? After all, regular people don't stay asleep for weeks...

FEATURES

Play as an alchemist! Manage your shop, help people, and even try to brew a potion in a small mini-game!

Pick your first and last name, and choose your pronouns.

Choose your personality and see how it affects some of your character's responses.

Choose and name your very own familiar.

Pick one of the four elements and see how it changes your magical reactions in dire situations.

Help and old dwarven woman and her grandson, who's been asleep for the past few weeks.

Fight against a monstrous beast!

Start a romance with a kind priestess or a sarcastic enchanter, or choose to remain single. All options are valid!

Drink lots and lots of tea!

The game is going to be episodic in nature, but every episode can be played separately as it tells a different story. There will be a bigger story that'll connect all the episodes and have its culmination in the last episode, but that'll come in an unspecified future.

Also, this is a side project, and that means it's much smaller in scope and more linear than my other games. The first episode will be about 50k words long, and (excluding the customization) it will present you with about 25 choices that will influence the story.

The game will be available on itch.io by the end of April, and the first episode will always be free for everyone!

NOTE: The story is set in the same universe as the Chronicles of Sekherion, but the events take place a bit earlier.
