For those don't know this image is by @scotch_trooper. He marries Star Wars characters with whisky bottles. His photos and creativity are up there with the best of them. So much so he has commissioned work for major brands. Recently, a single individual filled a notion with an American regulatory body that his images were targeting children. Long story short, he can no longer do payed work for brands. There has been a lot of support for @scotch_trooper and rightly so. At the same time a lot of hate towards the complainant. BUT, this regulatory body that passed the final decision has had no scrutiny whatsoever. A individual has the right to complain about whatever they want . But for a regulatory body to pass a judgement in the complainants favour is unacceptable. They are the arbiters who have got this horribly wrong. There is absolutely no correlation between the work of @scotch_trooper and promotion of alcohol to minors. @scotch_trooper is definitely someone I admire in the #whisky world. Not only his amazing artistic expressions but his passion for #whiskey.
