ad. 🔥 Did you know that you should not use ice, or even ice-cold water, on a burn. Extreme cold applied to a burn can further damage the tissue. The best way to treat a #minorburn is to run cool water (not cold or icy) for five to 10 minutes over a burn smaller than your hand. I burned my forearm on a frying pan yesterday but thankfully I had immediate pain relief! I simply put my wrist under cold water for 5 minutes and then applied one of these SilverSeal burn & wound dressing from @medagel_wellness and the healing began!
