The Headmaster and his Daughter
Isonoe, most commonly referred to as Sonny, was a Slytherin student attending Hogwarts from 1886 to 1893. Sonny was born the eldest child of Phineas Nigellas Black and his wife Ursula Flint in 1875. By her fifth year at Hogwarts, she was the elder sister of three brothers—Sirius II, a Slytherin third year named after their father's late elder brother, Phineas, a Ravenclaw just starting his first year, and Arcturus, the baby just born a year before.
As of 1890, Sonny had been newly made a prefect alongside Llewellyn Carew by Professor Ronen, their head of house. She is a favorite among professors, if not always by her peers. She is excels academically, but has a perceived haughtiness to her that drives people away. She kept a small circle of friends—Sebastian Sallow, Anne Sallow, and Ominis Gaunt—since starting at Hogwarts, so when things fell apart as she entered fifth year, she finds herself isolated when their quad was broken up into a duo. When the new fifth year student arrives to Hogwarts, and all eyes are on her, Sonny’s solitude really begins to bother her.
