I posted this on Twitter recently, but I finally was able to log back in here.  Now I’m not trying to jump back on the positivity bandwagon, and while the spoilers were initially painful (they always are on the biased spoiler site, let’s keep it real) I can’t help but think about context.

How does Daryl physically react when Carol tells him he should ask Connie to dance?  Does Carol’s scene with Ezekiel come directly after that moment where Carol tries to push Daryl to dance with Connie?  

I feel like we are about to see a whole lot of misunderstandings.  One lover (Daryl) thinks the other lover (Carol) is getting back with her ex.  One lover (Carol) thinks the other lover (Daryl) is in love with someone else (Connie).  I just can’t help but think Carol is going to try to meddle just enough that Daryl is going to eventually just blurt out that it STILL isn’t that way with Connie and won’t ever be because he’s in love with HER, not Connie.  

IDK.  I feel like the romance between Carol and Zeke died when Henry died.  And remember, she and Zeke had their closure sex directly after the incident at the cave.  Carol felt like she’d done the unthinkable in Daryl’s eyes.  She felt like she’d gotten the woman he loved killed, and now that Connie is back, things are settled as much as they can be at Commonwealth, it’s time for Daryl to finally get to be happy, and she wants that for him, even if that happiness isn’t with her.

It’s been established in Bonds that Carol thinks Daryl has feelings for Connie.  It’s been established that Daryl was jealous of Ezekiel (script notes, anyone?).  It’s also been established that Zeke felt threatened by Daryl and Carol’s relationship, and why would he be if Daryl was nothing more than Carol’s BFF?  Why would I NOT be surprised if there’s a call back to the “I see things” scene in Bonds but this time it’s Ezekiel telling Carol to stop bullshitting a bull shitter, because he see’s things, and he knows Carol loves Daryl.  I mean that’s a call back to 2 pretty great Carol scenes, so I mean, can we get that, please?

I also wonder if Connie doesn’t, in her own way with dismissive facial expressions (ie her eyeroll to Kelly in 10x01) tell Carol that it’s really not like that with Daryl.

I feel like Connie and Zeke could both be instrumental in finally getting Carol and Daryl to open their eyes.  Connie in telling Carol that it’s not like that with Daryl and Zeke in being that good guy ex that tells her he’s always known she loved Daryl and that it’s ok.  She deserves to be happy.

I'm also a big fan of Sinners being unable to have kids because they're dead and in Hell and dead people can't have kids and in Hell, they shouldn't be capable. Hellborns 100% sure but a person that got dumped down there to suffer, doesn't deserve the 'blessing' of having a child. Get their asses into Heaven and maybe it could happen but in Hell, where it's a constant war zone, full of creeps, freaks and murderers...nah. They are not getting something to ease their suffering if anything, it should die at birth just to make the suffering worse

Amelia: If you're going to make a big dramatic scene, wait until I get back.
