6443 W. Irving Park Rd.: This cracked transitional sidewalk located next to businesses at Dunning Square and right outside a postal office poses a hazard to those walking or using active transportation (skateboards, scooters, etc.) It's fragmented into jagged and uneven pieces of different elevations that can cause a wheel or foot to be caught in it.
