Ich war gestern aus Gründen(TM) erst mittags auf der Arbeit und hatte zwei verpasste Anrufe und eine längere Whatsappnachricht der Kollegin aufm Handy. Die Polizei habe sie angerufen und mich sprechen wollen.
Warum? Weil in der Stadt ein Unfall passiert ist und der Fahrer des Unfallfahrzeugs meinen Nachnamen hat. Also haben sie anscheinend keine Halterabfrage gemacht und gleich den richtigen Menschen gefunden, sondern "[Nachname]+[Stadt]" bei Google eingegeben, meinen AG gefunden und dort angerufen.
Netterweise, wenn auch nicht datenschutzkonform, haben sie der Kollegin am Telefon den Vornamen des Typen genannt, sodass ich beim Rückruf gleich klarstellen konnte, dass das kein Verwandter oder Ehemann von mir ist. Die arme Beamtin am Telefon wusste von nichts und musste selbst lachen.
Alles in allem finde ich, dagegen war FdG astreine Polizeiarbeit.

I owe you is so good! I just really hope that joel gets it together cause I don't understand why he even puts up with Melissa and doesn't outright tell her to leave him alone. I hope that he and mc can make up in the next chapter, and also I really wanna see her get back her memory of joel during the outbreak. Great writing btw❤️
