#introduction 2

Hello ladies, gentlemen and everyone in between! Let me introduce you to... DA RULEZ! Since my introduction post is kinda wacky I decided to write down everything you need to know before you’re request anything.

DNI

I don’t believe in DNI

Since this is tumblr I still feel the need to point out that I don’t support MAPs (including NO-MAPs), TERFs and any kind of violent extremist

I honestly don‘t care if you’re a tucute/transmedic, truscum/transmedicalist, (radical) feminist, conservative, anarcho-communist, muslim or whatever. As long as you respect my rules you will get your aesthetic

What I will do

Regular moodboards (3x3) and phone backgrounds/lockscreens (usually 2x5)

Pride Flag Edits (Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Nonbinary, Asexual, Aromantic, Transgender)

Aesthetics which include flags/couples/general things which represent: Homoromantics/Homosexuals (including the lesbian flags of course!), Biromantics/Bisexuals, Heteroromantics/Heterosexuals, Aromantics/Asexuals, Transgenders (no matter if binary or nonbinary), Intersexuals, Polyamorous People

I have no problem with including certain kinks, but I will keep my aesthetics as SFW as possible. I also won’t use any kind of flag related to kinks (like Leather Pride for example)

Same goes for (soft) gore, blood etc.

Name Associations (You tell me a name/your name and I will make an aesthetic out of what I associate with it)

Song Associations (You tell me a song and I will make an aesthetic out of what I associate with it)

About any topic, fandom etc. as long as it isn’t hateful, obviously NSFW or discriminates against other people

What I won’t do

Aesthetics for identities that are only covered by the MOGAI umbrella. This means any orientation/gender identity which isn’t one of the following: homoromantic/homosexual, biromantic/bisexual, aromantic/asexual, heteroromantic/heterosexual, nonbinary, intersexual, transgender, cisgender.

Aesthetics which include mental illness pride flags

Using the word “queer” or any other slur in my aesthetics

Discussing about why I do/don’t do certain things

Desctop wallpapers, stimboards, icons

Real People + Orientation aesthetics

Anything I don’t feel comfortable with

Tags to block if needed

#unpleasant people: People who on/off anon send messages which include insults, who tell me/others to kill ourselves, who try to drag this blog into discourse etc.

#tw: blood: Aesthetics which include blood. It doesn’t matter if it’s a vampire aesthetics, a hospital aesthetic, a red aesthetic,... everything which includes blood

#tw: gore: Aesthetics which include (not only blood but also) bruises and any kind of physical injury.

#tw: kink: Aesthetics which are related to littlespace, DDLG/DDLB etc., BDSM in general, pet play or other kinks. The aesthetic itself will be SFW but out of respect for those who are uncomfortable with kinks I still tag them.

I love making sims so as you can probably tell I’m pretty excited to do this as this is my very first time participating in a sim model competition. I love editing so this is something that I am looking super forward to in this cycle as well as seeing everything that everyone comes up with. What up…yeah I’m VERY unprepared, but I’m aambrosiaaaa, if you can’t tell, that’s not my real name but, you don’t need to know that, I’m just known as ‘A’. SO, I have a small blog, very small blog, and I just post about my sims and their life, as you know, I control it, anyways, it is very new so go check it out if you want (plug, plug, plug) So I’m very obsessed with the sims, as I’m sure you all are, and I thought to myself, I want a challenge. I have been following P.O.S.E for quite some time now and I saw that cycle 1 had just finished so of course, I sign myself up and here I am. I’m super excited to see what challenges will come up and super siked about being a part of P.O.S.E cycle 2. So I hope you fellow simblrs out there enjoy the looks that I and my fellow simblrs create and enjoy this cycle, so I guess that leaves one thing left to be said. AAMBROSIAAAA FOR THE WIN… OK…OK I wish everyone else good luck and I can’t wait to see everyone else looks, and I guess…enjoy the cycle

Hi, my name is Jaxon and I love to play the sims! My first sims game was sims 3, but growing up I always stood behind my older sibling, watching them play Sims 1. I was fascinated, and when I got my hands on the Sims 3, I was hooked. I quickly saved up money for the limited edition of Sims 4 (btw, nothing special. You get more from the deluxe edition). Ever since then, anytime I can afford a game expansion, I buy it. I tried to do POSE last cycle, but I had technical difficulties (please read as HP Laptop being difficult). I loved being host last cycle, but can’t wait to actually participate!

Henlo friends, im Bloomtrait or Ally whatever you want.  I’ve playing the sims for about 5 to 6 year years now i got the sims 4 around 1 or 2 years ago and I was a hardcore sims 3 stan before that. I started up a simblr then deleted it then again then again until I ended up with this nice hot mess of a blog. I’m a student (not college) and I love to draw and I play as goalie in feild hockey. Anyways i’m doing POSE because I found out about it in like the second week of cycle 1 and I really wanted to do it so im very very excited about this!

Hiya lovelies! I go by the name honeypeach in the Sims community and also pretty new to it - since the start of 2018 that is. Recently started Youtube, Tumblr and streaming on Twitch and I love it as it’s an extra dose of motivation and inspiration as a full time creative designer. Hi all the simsters! I am finally at a point where I am proud to hand out my simblr name when people ask me if I am on tumblr! My little blog is my LIFE right now! I am learning so much about editing and teaching myself how to make custom content. I do vanilla stuff too! I just love these little challenges and I am SUPER excited for P.O.S.E. I am better known on the EA gallery, but slowly but surely building some friendships and finding my tribe on social media. So, I really hope you will follow me here on tumblr as I continue to grow! Fast forward to now and it’s one of my special interests! I’m the type to get really attached to my sims, and I’ve always loved taking photos of them, so P.O.S.E. seemed perfect for me. I was a little nervous to begin with as this is my first time trying something like this and the most I’ve interacted with the community, but it’s been so fun and I’m incredibly glad I joined! Hey everyone! I’m Esperilla, but you guys can call me Espie! I’ve been a simmer since I was eleven, and that was almost ten years ago! I started with the Sims 3 because it came out as I got my first computer in my room!(It was one of the Windows XP ones.) When I first played, I made the Harry Potter cast and just played around with them until I got bored (which was pretty quickly). I would never let a sim die off, keep aging on the longest possible option. I can’t imagine doing that now because I’m used to playing on normal mode! Anyways, this was a long rant and I apologize for that! I hope you enjoy P.O.S.E.!

Alright, so now that I have a steady internet connection at home I'll be able to update this thing a lot more.  So I wanted to do another introduction entry, because the first one doesn't really give a background of how I got the job and what the store is kind of about.

I'm originally from Warren, Michigan where I've had numerous shitty food related jobs.  I was a hostess at a failing BBQ restaurant back in Highschool, I made pretzels in a mall for a year or two after that, and I worked at Panera bread for a summer.  Panera was probably the best out of those 3, they were the most organized and the shifts always went by really fast, because we were always busy.  Plus the employee discount was awesome, nom nom nom.

Okay...getting back on topic now.  Two summers ago I stayed in Mt. Pleasant because I wanted to take a few classes and enjoy what the pleasant mountain town had to offer without the barrage of college students flooding town.  So in turn I needed to get a job to pay my rent, bills, etc.  I applied to quite a few places, but wasn't getting any bites until my friend Michelle told me there would be an opening at the gas station she worked at.  Michelle was going to leave because she moved out of Mt. Pleasant and didn't want to drive back and forth to Gladwin almost everyday, so I was going to be her replacement.  Michelle ended up staying because my boss loves her and blah blah blah, they struck a deal.  Even with her staying, I still got to work there as well, not knowing what would be in store for me over the next 1 and a half years.  She told me it would be brutal and it wouldn't be glamourous, but I was desperate to have a job and some steady income so I decided to stick it out.  Plus, how bad could it really be, right?

There's about 8 of us total that work there, 2 people work in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 person works at night.  I strictly work afternoon shifts, which usually go from 2-10, but if they are being dicks that week and want to cut my hours they will schedule me from 4-10.  This really annoys me because it takes me like 20 minutes to drive out there and 20 minutes to drive back, unless I'm doing 90 down broomfield.  During these shifts I don't get any breaks, unless I smoke a cigarette.  So, I usually try to smoke a lot of cigarettes.  Sometimes I eat there, but I usually don't because there is no where to sit and customers watch me.  This can become uncomfortable when I'm shoving a hot pocket in my face and they are trying to tell me about their latest sex romp.

Apparently like 4 years ago the store used to be owned by some rich white dude who was pretty awesome, but then my boss ended up buying the store.  My boss is an Indian American who has owned the store ever since then and the white trash in the area don't take too kindly to him, because his skin is a different tone of color than there's.  They often call him towel head, referring to middle easterns, who they all think are terrorists because of 9/11.  What they don't know is that the middle east and India are two very different places and they are also two different cultures, but trying to explain that to them is like trying to get a dog to talk...they somewhat grasp the concept, but are too ignorant and stupid to ever fully understand what is really going on.  

I usually spend my shift doing most of the work because everyone of my female co-workers, besides Michelle, have gotten pregnant and think that they can't life more than 10 pounds because it will kill the fetus.  I would consider myself a weakling too, but I still somehow manage to get things done by deciding I don't want to be a lazy piece of shit that day.  I would love to go back to just pressing buttons and bullshitting with the customers, but things do have to get done when Michelle isn't there to pick up the rest of the slack.  When I'm not in the cooler or trying to organize things that get messed up on the daily I'm interacting with the many customers that come into the store.  We have a lot of regulars, I'm talking people that come in everyday...sometimes like 3 times a day.  I'm sure these people would like to go to meijer or walmart to buy brownie mix, sugar, peanut butter, etc.  But by the time they get into town they will have spent more in gas to get there, than what they will save when purchasing the product at a larger superstore.  So really it's just a shitty situation for them to live out in the boonies, especially since they also can only get dial up internet.
