We wanted to pop into your inbox and thank you for talking about intra-disorders, both on Tumblr and in your discord servers. We have a specific headmate who has been generally nervous he's doing something wrong by looking into NPD, which he suspected (and later confirmed) he had in-source, since we as a collective have no experience with it. Considering he was already self-deprecating about the traits that made him consider it, we figured the anxiety around whether or not he's "allowed" to put a name to them wasn't helpful. We remembered a conversation we'd seen about intra-disabilities in a discord of yours, and in our search for it stumbled into someone mentioning intra-NPD. Just seeing that someone out there was dealing with similar things helped a lot, and he's content to at least put it in his simply plural and process what this means for him. So thank you!
We're really glad to hear that! Intra-disordered was actually coined with the experiences of one of our intra-NPD having headmates in mind so this is extra close to home. Wishing him and your system all the best in figuring it all out!
