Forza Horizon 6 players have apparently developed a shared enemy: a racer named “bowieknife99” who keeps showing up across the game’s version of Japan and ruining races in the funniest possible ways.

Clips of the driver have been spreading around online because they somehow keep winning races with bizarre cars that shouldn’t even be competitive. Players have posted videos of them crashing into opponents, cutting through races chaotically, and somehow overtaking high-end supercars in things like a regular Honda or other low-tier vehicles.

Part of the joke is that nobody seems fully sure whether this is an especially dedicated troll, a strange drivatar AI trained on player behavior, or just someone who has accidentally become a community legend. Either way, the name keeps appearing often enough that players have turned them into a kind of in-game urban myth.

The Grifter has much less information about it's contents and is more horror based but still occupied the Internets mind to the point where some people swore they actually saw it. Where as Goncharov has more details but is also somewhat vague in order to help the brain believe it.

With a lot of fandoms, you see a very gradual disappearance; people leave bit by bit after content production halts or is slowed, and the work or works are forgotten for a time to be viewed with nostalgia years after. But the megafandom known as SuperWhoLock disappeared from Tumblr practically overnight.

In this installment, we look into how and why SuperWhoLock went from dominating the internet's main fandom platform in the early 2010s to being a name that people openly laugh at or cringe away from whenever it's brought up.

I think about this stuff almost all the time, but everything is shifting so fast I find it hard to draw connections. This text kind of puts everything closer to somewhere lol. Here some extracts that I like:

Ever since the internet came about, everyone feels like there’s a paradigm shift around the corner. The reason we’re feeling this is because the way we naturally interact with each other online is fluid, relational, changing. It’s not coming from point A to point B. Everything is supporting each other’s growth, coming at us from every angle.

That feels very aligned with the principles quantum theory is voicing, which is backed by actual empirical research. Scientifically, it’s proven that we live in a quantum reality, even though we can’t necessarily access all the other realities around us. They live in this other layer, but they’re always there.

I also agree on choosing Massive Attack's dissolved girl for my walk on the moon but also I'd probably choose this live that is literally set on the moon.
