For the first time since I started here...
I have an interesting "problem" (the reason that is in quotes is going to be explained) See...when I started on here I had a goal to share my passion for music and especially Japanese music here with each and every person that stumbles on this blog and I would think so far that mission has been accomplished and I want to continue with that. I also know that I have goals away from tumblr (but in the same "field") that I want to accomplish too. You might say that my ambition has grown faster than this blog has but that doesn't matter because each and every person that likes or reblogs a post or just follows in general I'm grateful for. As recently as 2 weeks ago I started doing stuff for the US street team to gauge where KAMIJO and JUPITER are in the context of North America and I am going to continue with that...matter of fact tonight is the next analysis because the next numbers come out around 9 AM JST (8 PM EDT) so that's going to be fun. So where's the "problem" come in? Try this: I want to be able to take my writing to a different level and I want to continue writing here. I KNOW that no matter what I would continue writing here but I also want to look at doing "Opinion" columns for other English Japanese Music websites. I looked at Tainted Reality and then pretty much ruled that out And I also sort of looked at the site VK Heaven but found out that what I do wouldn't be able to work (this was the case when I looked at the positions for the other sites too) Maybe I'm thinking "too big too soon" and I can accept that but let know what you think. Should I stick with just doing this blog for right now or should I start looking to take my writing to the next level? I wish I was british.
Sometimes when I write songs, they sound great in my head and then when I start singing them I realize it's because my brain sang them in a British accent. If I sing them another way it doesn't sound as good. I want to sing them the British way, but it's dumb to just sing with an accent.
