Hmm... for the how... well, I have to focus strongly, and with enough will and energy, I can evolve myself in one of the eeveelutions.

I have some theories, of how my powers works. It’s like a battery or more like a two-way-conduit.

While I’m my basic evolution, I aborb some kind of energy around me, that with enough power, lets me evolve, but while I’m in an eeveelution, I emit the energy.
