After this morning's meditation, here's what I had to accept. It is not easy, because I am full of love and I want to see everybody win. However, I am over being drained as a result. I am quick to push the idea of self-care on my loved ones, but I seem to always forget about this part as it relates to me. #maternalspirit #heartofamartyr I have no regrets, ever. Just every now and then, I have to put myself in check. Remember that it is okay to say "no" or ignore the cries for help. Remember that I can't save the ones who don't want to be saved, and pray that the universe is pleased with my efforts, regardless. Gotta start telling myself, "Girl, every mission ain't your mission." It will be hard, but I have to be mindful of the importance of self-preservation. ❤️ Namaste and Happy Fourth of July, Friends! Well, day two of my 3 day juice fast is almost complete. I have the almond milk to drink! I must say, it was quite brilliant to add this last one, Ramesh @livintuitive! Truly satisfies in a different kind of way when you've been rolling through waves of hunger, lightness, hunger, headaches, hunger, clarity, bursts of energy.. did I mention hunger? Right, okay I did 😉 LOL I'm so happy I decided to do this... its not easy, but whatever comes up I'm utilizing all the magical tools I have including, MELT, meditation, sound, etc....And an extra sweet yoga practice infused with silence and lots of props!
