This one came from the taps available for a limited time at Envy Wine Room in Old Town Spring, a fine blonde ale and by far one of the best draft beers that the bar had on tap. I really had no complaints about this beer, unlike my hilariously funny review of the previous beer, it had a fine wheat, hops, and bubbles ratio for a blonde, the bite was light, which is okay this time around, and the finish left no bad aftertaste in my mouth.
Overall this beer has finally broken the 6 barrier and has earned a rating of 7 out of 8. sometimes plain and simple can be a good thing, that’s what the beer aimed for and got. I would simply just pair this with pretty much anything not related to a heavy red meat oriented dish.
