#instead of him

Godot comes in and I’m like “are you going to start being max hateable now” AND YES. STILL MAX HATEABLE IN THE ANIME.

                         there isn’t a trail,     not ‘ven a little,   no,    o’ envy nor rage in his voice when he asks.    ‘n fact,    the rarest o’ times,    gendry can feel the edge o’ his mouth curled into a small,    wistful smile.     nothin’ too big,   though;    the expression ‘s still so new.     like the fine,   dark leather they keep insistin’ he wears.    it fits him well,   measured t’ the right size n’ everythin’   —    but it still doesn’t feel like it suits him as grand as everybody thought it is just yet.    still,    gendry’s expression is kind.    if the tales and rumours are true,    robert baratheon was a man o’ his rage and quick temper.    gendry has the same;    though it is not one,   he’s vowed long ago,   t’ ever be directed,   it isn’t,   t’ anybody who never deserves ‘t.    and his family?     (    though only if tommen wants,   only if tommen agrees.    )     they’re never the people who would ‘ver deserve it.

I’ll start by saying I finally had some sort of Yu-Gi-Oh dream last night; unfortunately it didn’t involve Atem or Kaiba ... but Pegasus was in it. It was something relating to my apprenticeship; I don’t know how but Pegasus forwarded an email to me relating to my work ... and I can’t really remember much else. Yeah, it was just a cameo.

Oh well, back to today’s doodle. I was thinking “What if Kaiba programmed yet another version of himself, but it glitched and turned out to be a really happy, joyful AI? One who is sweet, and apologises profusely if he does something wrong? Totally the opposite of the real thing?” And somehow he escapes and pretends to be the real Kaiba for a bit of fun, only to get revealed by his creator after some time has passed.

Or I guess you could say I wanted to name something ‘Cyber Kaiba’.
