'trust me... those two statements aren't always connected'

Ok so i have this roommate. We are cool, we are friends. But he really sucks sometimes. He makes more money than me but he is so addicted to cigarettes and alcohol that he's constantly asking to "borrow" money from me to gas up his car, buy cigarettes and beer with. Sometimes he pay me back. I hate saying no because he fucking guilts me afterwards. "I always give you rides" or he'll be super passive aggressive, like, "OH GOD I NEED NICOTINE!!" Like, sorry you dont know how to manage your own money?? And he always wants to eat my food. "I'll buy you more bacon on friday" Bitch please you say that every time, i buy good quality bacon and you bring me back shitty $3 bacon. Learn to manage your own goddamn money. And the touching. He always gotta hug me or lay his head on me and when I say no, instead of saying okay and just getting on w life he gotta be like "Why??" Or makes sad noises. Like, guess what?? I dont always like to be touched, leave me the fuck alone!! He literally just texted me asking to "borrow a few bucks for gas, beer and cigarettes til friday" So what? He wants me to shell out $15-$20? Brcause it'll be $10 today and then he'll drink all his beer and smoke all his cigarettes today and ask me for $5-$10 tomorrow. He won't leave me alone either. He is upstairs using my Wii U to watch Netflix. I'm trapped in my room right now ignoring his texts because he will ask me as soon as i go upstairs to get food. I cannot wait to move out of this house and live with my intelligent and financial stable friend and my beautiful and caring partner.
