Yet another position a tremendously unqualified and undeserving conservative thinks that they can do just because they are a white man.
Conservative Catholics are so far gone that they can't even muster an ounce of disgust.
They can't even pretend to be offended, as to not hurt their cult status and offend their FOX overlord.
Groomed and indoctrinated by an abuser. Sad.
What do you think about Color x Killer
Don't ask me my opinion on the gospel I promoted for 9 years
That shit was basically mine and 5 other people's rarepair by the time 2018 rolled around
I don’t even want sex rn. I just want a really nasty, hot and heavy make out session.
This.
Speaking for myself, it's true that writing can get stressful, especially when I get writers block, but the difference is that I could have written all my fics until now, and keep them in my Google drive. But I chose to post them on Ao3, instead.
"Oh, but SC can't take criticism."
"Readers also have an opinion."
Wrong. I can take criticism as long as it's constructive and don't mind readers saying what they think as long as they do it in a respectful way.
As a reader, don't come tell me what I should have done or that a certain character wouldn't "say that" or act a certain way, because if I wrote him/her to say and/or act that certain way in my fic, it's because he/she does.
There was a reader who once commented that (AO3) was a public website and that people could get curious and comment, which is partially true.
People can indeed ask questions, but when it comes to the Privacy category, AO3 has this following options:
Which means that, in the end, and to put it in simple terms: a reader only comments if, when and how the writer allows him/her to do so.
And of course there's also the block button (that I won't hesitate to use) in case the reader truly crosses a fucking line.
I'm a reader too, and although I'm not one to comment on other writer's works often, I know that all of what I'm saying in this post, applies to me as well.
Respecting people and their works, is one of the easiest things you can do.
If something in that fic is not your cup of tea, drop it. Leave quietly.
Because otherwise you'll be disrespecting and harassing real people over fictional characters.
And that's disgusting.

The more negativity I see toward the Lucilith ship within the Radioapple fandom, the more I find myself quietly pulling back. Not because I dislike Radioapple, but because of how quickly Lilith is being written off as the villain before we even know her.
She hasn’t spoken. We don’t know her story. And yet she’s already being framed as the abusive ex-wife — the reason Lucifer is broken — the obstacle that needs to be removed.
I think what bothers me most is how unnecessary that feels.
Lucifer can cherish what he had with Lilith and still learn how to move forward. Those two things aren’t opposites. People can hold love in their past without it threatening their future. It doesn’t have to erase one relationship to validate another.
And when I see people drawing over others’ art just to “fix” it for their ship, it just makes the whole thing feel heavier than it needs to be. There’s room in fandom for different interpretations. There’s room for multiple ships. There’s room for complexity.
I just wish we could allow the story to unfold before deciding who deserves to be hated.
That’s all.
