Hazardous Delhi Air
This is in concern to the fact that the air in Delhi has started becoming lethal. This post is written by a Delhite, for a Delhite, presuming everyone needs to read this to raise awareness concerning the hazardous air quality spread all over my countryтАЩs capital state, Delhi.
The excessive usage of crackers, cigarettes and vehicles etc has lead to this massive explosive air spread. As it is blamed, OVERPOPULATION IS the main issue. It is although not suggested to increase the rate of death and/or decreasing the rate of birth, it is fartherly not controllable. It can take hours and days and months to effectively spread the idea to control population, no matter how vital it is for a country like India. Looking at all the aspects as to how, why, when this pollution occurred to such an extent that the citizens are unable to live a regular day in such a productive city. Partly blaming the government will get this issue nowhere. Government can only be blamed if they are unable to provide us with a restriction or solution as to what we, as rightful citizens can contribute to help this city, help ourselves. The complication can be very traumatic, creating a scene of helplessness among everyone. No one realises yet how majorly our daily life is affected just because we smoked that last cigarette or smoked that hookah because our friends forced us. It can be very hard to get our huge population to coordinate and the ones who understand, are the gems that are going to majorly help.
There are only limited ways suggested as to how we protect ourselves for now:
1) STOP SMOKING, PLEASE- Your one smoke can kill many innocents, we do not need to add to this pollution, but minimize it. It may be hard, and you donтАЩt need to restrict yourself from smoking forever, but if you are smoking, help get rid of the air too, as youre not supposed to kill your country people along with yourself.
2) GROW PLANTS AND PLANT TREES- It is very helpful, instant air fresher, if you are planting a plant (like aloe, money plant etc.) in your home/office, then you have an instant air fresher beneficial for yourself and others.
3) WEAR RESPIRATORY MASKS- Usual masks do not work, it may cost a little, but respiratory masks cleans the air before it is consumed, it is a helpful purifier and a genuine life saver!
4) DONтАЩT EAT FOOD FROM OUTSIDE- Stop, kindly stop ordering food from outside, or go out to eat, try feeding yourself homemade meals or instant packaged foods but definately do not trust ready products from outside.
5) SKIP THE MORNING/EVENING WALK- It is, yes, dangerous to step out in Delhi air, your walk can wait, if you already spend a majority of your day out, keep a mask with you at all costs, but try to avoid the walks for once, with or without mask.
6) DRINK WATER- drinking water and other fluids help to nullify your body waste. It is important to stay hydrated and fresh, living in such a terrific air based environment.
7) RAISE AWARENESS- If you see anybody contributing to air pollution, kindly take a moment to make them understand how bad we have treated our habitat. Share this post and help others, other Delhites, or anyone who surely needs to save themselves as well.
