Expect nothing, and you will have nothing to lose
In general, people hope that things will go their way. In other words, we build up expectations about how things should be, and how other people should act around us. But when you expect everything and end up with nothing, it can be frustrating, or devastating. For example, you probably hope people will react in a particular way when something bothers you. You also hope for no rain on a day that…

-Whatever bitch.
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference. The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference. And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference.

Memory Lane...
So I was watching a Dan and Phil video of an interview with Oli Sykes and as soon as the video ended I found myself looking at old Bring Me The Horizon videos on youtube. I haven't listened to this type of music in a very long time but I couldn't help getting curious as to where the band was now seven years after I saw them live. Glad that they are still making music just… a tad bit different now. It is just such a bizarre feeling to sit here and listen to this music when I don't have the same ideas and thoughts as I did when I was 14 or 15. Out of mind and out of body experience.

No voy a dejar de hablarle sólo porque no me esté escuchando. Me gusta escucharme a mà mismo. Es uno de mis mayores placeres. A menudo mantengo largas conversaciones conmigo mismo, y soy tan inteligente que a veces no entiendo ni una palabra de lo que digo. :pÂ
What the fuuuuck???
So I just watched "Indifference", the 4th episode of season 4, The Walking Dead. Of course, if you haven't seen it yet, know there will be some spoilers in this review.
First, let me just say I was super anxious to see this episode because of what happened the 4th episode of the previous season. All along I was hiding and at the same watching what was happening. Clearly, I was trying to prepare myself to see some characters dying.Â
Except something happened that I did NOT see coming. Rick leaving Carol behind. Like, WHAT??
In the previous episode, we learn that it was Carol who killed Karen and David who were sick. She tried to prevent the infection from spreading by killing them and burning the bodies.Â
Now let me just say this. In my opinion, she did something right. Of course, it's horrible to kill someone, it's immoral and all. However, just think about this. In the context of a zombie apocalypse, Carol learned to be strong. She lost her daughter to the zombies and she still didn't give up. She fought and fought to stay strong. Now, she and the group seem to be safe in the prison. Except they are not because Patrick got sick and died within 24-48h. No one knew Patrick was dying, so no one knew he would become a walker and attack the cell blocks. A lot of people died that night and Carol found herself in charge of two little girls she must protect.Â
The only 2 people who were sick were David and Karen. They don't know where this sickness comes from, they don't know how to prevent it, and they don't know how to fight it. The only thing she could think of doing, was to protect the rest of the group by killing the people who were sick and burning the bodies because you don't want the infection to spread. To be clear, they were going to die within hours anyway, she just made it quick and as painless as possible for them.Â
So, telling her that she shouldn't have done that, that what she did was wrong and thinking she grew too cold to stay in the group is bullshit to me.Â
She did what she had to do and it took a lot of courage for her to do that. No one else would have step up to do the dirty work. She did.Â
I really wonder how Daryl will react when he will hear Carol didn't come back with Rick. Is Rick going to say the truth or will he just say she didn't make it? Is Daryl going to go looking for her?Â
I really hope this isn't the last time we saw Carol. She grew so much as a character and I can't wait to see her development.Â
Oh, and let's not forget that Rick doesn't think that him killing Shane and Carol killing 2 sick people is the same thing. And let's not forget that he didn't throw out Carl when he killed a young man in cold blood... I think he is very bad at making decisions... and he should abstain from doing so.Â
Rant over.
