SPREAD THIS PLEASE. #DefundThePolice Funding for LA IS TOMORROW. #MyOpinion All the protests in the world won't mean anything if we don't also apply pressure where we need to. No disrespect to the protests, of course. Keep them up if you wish. We will get more footage of their corruption, but please don't sacrifice your lives for it. We have plenty of evidence already. If they don't defund after we demand it, then I'm sure we can and will mobilize something better than a thousand protests, boycotts, boycotts combined. Keep eyes open. Stay aware. Keep vigilant. Remember there are multiple forces at work making protests/situations better than worse...STAY FOCUSED...we fix the root of the problems in our broken systems, racist politics, and ineffective economy and WE WILL HAVE A BETTER WORLD FOR ALL. Power and control was and has never been given up willingly. That's the point. The powers at be play chess not checkers & we need to checkmate on every board they play us on. Even those part of the problem, keep love there best you can. If you see someone not part of the protest, film it. Someone breaking laws/crimes, film it, follow safely, get license plates. Organize as a group safely & break apart from those #AgentProvocateurs on whatever side they act. They are hurting not just the movement but the perspective the media will spin on black people, on Black Lives Matter and on people of color even though people of ALL colors & backgrounds are joining the protests: nothing new there. Try to avoid it best you can. I understand y(our) anger. I understand y(our) pain. I respect it. I value it.
