Still continuing working out. I have increased my crunches from 25 to 30. I have also increased my bicep curls and triceps curls from 30 with each arm to 40. I have finally added 10 deep squats per day. I am trying to come up with meal plans to help me limit my food expenses and eat in a more healthy way. I am also trying to make more use of the time I have. I successful read my required reading for this week which is good. I felt satisfied and less panicked with it done. I also have received a few more hours at work which is good. I have remained organized with school which is something I hope to maintain as long as possible. I also have managed to complete any assignments before the due date. I have 2 classes tonight and hope to learn and be engaged. I am still making steps to limit my spending as much as possible so that I can save the most amount of money and pay my bills without difficulty. I really have nothing else to report but I hope all are well. I also hope to report more within time.
