Sab changa si.

This month was hectic, there is so much workload at office. But i got 3 days of holiday. And now I'm relaxed. Last day i went to bookfair, spend some time with myself.

As today is also holiday, i wake up and stayed here in the bed, office jane ka koi tension nahi hai so i'm wrapped inside the blanket, reading a book while outside there is a heavy rain and it truly made my day.

It’s pretty engaging, especially when you consider that it’s two and a half hours-ish. In total Anurag Basu style, it’s funny and heart-warming/heart wrenching at the same time. Just that the comedy, unlike the innocent version in Barfi (2012), is in dark sub-genre here. 

All the actors were good in their parts, my favourite was Pankaj Tripathi and Rajkumar R. Liked Abhishek too, and after a long time, saw him doing something he’s good at; [*SPOILER* special mention to that scene where he sees his daughter for the first time, but she refuses to look at him] (my brother who doesn’t bat an eyelid when people are decapitated onscreen, had to shut his eyes, because he can’t take emotional scenes at all, the softie). Aditya Roy Kapur was good too, for a change. He should stick to chilled out supporting characters (since they seem to mirror his irl personality). Oh, and I loved Pearle Maaney. This is my first movie of hers, but I’m gonna keep an eye out for any Hindi/English movies she does in future. 

I loved that all the female characters were kinda selfish and flawed, made them interesting. Except Asha who was just a bitch, like an irredeemable bitch for me. Loved, loved Sreeja (Pearle) and Mini (Inayat). The major male characters were all soft bois, except Sattu who is the villain (?) sorta, idk but he was the most entertaining character thanks to Pankaj T, and carried the dark humor element of the movie. 

He who is truly happy is happy everywhere: in the palace and in the hut, in wealth and in poverty, because he has discovered the fountain of happiness that resides in his own heart. Unless a person has found this fountain, nothing will give him true happiness.🙊
