I've been drawing this lately. The constellations are from the game, and the original image is in the last slide (yes, I drew it by following the original 😅).
Lilith in the game:“I'm gonna tear your wings apart. JPG”😡
No worries — in fanart, we can imagine a past where the two of them got along just fine. I hope the game will give us more related lore.😆😆

Throroughly beaten up and weak , but sane Inarius show Up on Rats and Mals door :) what happen next?
Hmmm interesting premise. This would depend on a few things.
This got kinda long lol. AU speculation below.
Good odds Inarius dies immediately.
Rathma has very complicated feelings about his father, and so does Malthael for that matter. Both of them skew towards 'fuck this guy', and unless Rathma is having a very good day and can convince Malthael that not killing him has more merit than killing him.... well, Reapers gonna Reap.
Inarius might even thank him for it at this point.
But if Malthael doesn't instantly behead him for his crimes, and Rathma doesn't just teleport them both away... Well, they're still probably not going to help him. And Inarius wouldn't exactly want their help anyway.
Inarius hates Malthael almost as much as Malthael hates him.
Remember, Malthael is the head of the war-effort in Heaven. He more or less embodies the very reason Inarius fled and took up Lilith's offer in the first place. Inarius stole Malthael's most favoritest shiniest big rock, which Tyrael then broke. Malthael let Mephisto have Inarius, Inarius betrayed Heaven. These two have a grudge that spans Pandemonium.
Rathma would be stuck in the horridly unfair position of playing arbiter between these two. He might just walk away and let them fight it out.
This would also hinge on why exactly Inarius has had the tar kicked outta him. Did something on Sanctuary beat him within an inch of his life? Is it a threat that Rat&Mat have to deal with now? Or did he just accidentally get into another scrap with the Infernal Butcher and panic-telly to the closest safe-spot?
If it is a threat worthy of RatMat intervention, then the two of them will go deal with that, and hope that the Inarius shaped problem on their porch solves itself by the time they're done. Live or die, they don't care , just go the fuck away.
Now; which Inarius is this? Cantankerous? Not a Religion? Canon?
Cantankerous Inarius has the best odds here, as he had the best relationship with his son-thing. CantankerRat is more willing to speak on his behalf, even if he's still not super thrilled to see him.
(This is the same Inarius from Dropping In lol. So this might just be a trend of his, teleporting in unannounced to bleed all over his family's carpet. Begs the question why he's here and not at Lilith's cabin tho...)
Not a Religion would most likely just get up, flip Malthael the bird, and walk it off. He's basically a roach at this point. Indestructible (and in so much pain Duriel's jealous.)
(Also yes, there is RatMat happening somewhere in Not a Religion. I have just decided.)
NaR Rathma is mostly neutral on the subject of his father. Doesn't like him, but he can admit that the angel's crusade across Sanctuary has been weirdly helpful to the planet, if overly violent. Let him live, let him die, but he's not offering any kind of asylum.
...And now that I think about it, Inarius did quite literally fall onto his son's doorstep while half-dead in chapter 16/17. He limped away to go have a mental break in the mines, rather than deal with the fact that he was in proximity to a ruined nephalem city.
D4-Canon Inarius is dead on arrival. Not enough goodwill with Rathma to save him.
Bonus: Tyrael Gets Fired Inarius can't show up on RatMat's doorstep without accidentally bouncing into another dimension, bcuz he murdered Malthael already. And is also probably dead by this point. No RatMat here.
Now, if, for some plot-twisting reasons, Inarius shows up, and Rathma convinces Malthael not only to spare him, but they both decide to help him...well that's going to be one awkward ass household for the next 24 hours or so.
It might just consist of Malthael staring Inarius down while he slowly regens, and Rathma locking himself in the study so that he doesn't have to deal with all that.
It might turn into a very loud, very annoying argument for those 24 hours. In all honestly it'd probably do Malthael and Inarius both some good to air out all their grievances with one another. Get some kind of closure on all that. Bad odds they actually listen to one another at all here.
And if Rathma decides he's in the mood to argue with his father...well, he's honestly levelheaded and lowkey enough not to raise the roof, but I still doubt that he or Inarius would be able to get through to one another. They've already spent centuries arguing, why should anything have changed?
Rathma is just tired of his father. He's spent all the effort he reasonably can on that relationship, and Inarius burned it anyway.
Inarius and Malthael I think would be more willing to argue with one another, Rathma has decided it's not worth it.

The Inarius fight was great and angels are my favourite thing in Diablo, they are just so cool and have so much aura and are so beautiful when they move and fight (also I feel so, so bad for him, he is my problematic pookie too)
Long time no see! I haven't posted anything in hundreds of years😅. Lately, I've been playing DIABLO4 S13, and I've already completed LOH and the Season Pass. Honestly, this season has been a bit grindy😫. LOH's storytelling was truly unexpected. I didn't expect Blizzard to put effort into this—really surprised!
The Chronicles of Creation that need to be collected in the game also provide great information about the Rathma's family; What is now certain is that Rathma loves his parents very much, and Lilith loves him very much too. He is almost the only one who makes Lilith emotional; Inarius may have loved him—provided Inarius didn't disguise himself as a good dad in some of the messages and visions in Chronicles of Creation🤔.
So I created a coloring doodle about Rathma's family.
