Appreciation post to myself 😁 💁🤷 : I am my worst critic. There's nothing that someone else can say that I haven't tell myself a billion times. I know what I lack off and what I have too much 😂. Yet, this is the time I've been more confidence in my life! Let's say that before 2017 I had no confidence! I spent my whole life being made believe that I was this size. I felt I was this size. But now I look bad to my pictures and lol I wasnt fat all. I was barely curvy. But Now I'm the weight I always feared and with it came acceptance. Its MY body at the end of the day! I can spend the rest of my depressed about it or accept it and be happy . I chose the second one 😚 i also realized that my problem was allowing others to have a say on how I look and allowing their opinion to affect me. Realizing I don't owe explanations to anyone about how I look! How much I weigh or why I cut my hair so short 🙅? And it's what I think about MYSELF that matters literally changed my whole mindset. Who doesn't like it can look somewhere else. I picked up my pieces and glued together. Scars r still there, the brokeness is still there but I'm fine here and I meant that😁 ✌ #acceptance #bodypositivity #Imwhoim #thisisme
