This Impulsor LGT has been extensively modified by the chapter's techmarines. Ever-convinced of their own exceptionalism, the First Legion received the new wave of grav vehicles conceived by Archmagos Cawl and, almost as soon as they had secured them in their own armorium, began improvements to suit their own needs.

Accordingly, this vehicle has had half its roof stripped to allow greater visibility from the transport compartment, the co-driver's hatch has been removed and swapped for a shield generator hardpoint (the co-driver having been discarded in favour of an implanted servitor gunner) and the heavy stubber has been modified for remote operation.

At the rear, the vehicle's comm-net has been augmented with an antique osseodidactor unit, capable of vocalising comm transmissions directly to passengers in case of failure or compromise of their armours' integral comm-systems. The most substantial modification, however, is the tailgate assembly. The armourplas rear door offers obvious protection to passengers when raised - when lowered, it offers a useful ramp for loading casualties, important cargo or even immobilised prisoners on a vehicle which cannot usually bring its passenger deck level with the ground. Note the motivational graffiti at the head of the transport compartment.
