WH40K Homebrew Space Marine Chapter: Stormwolves β REALLY Final (I hope) 10E Munitorum Field Manual 4.3 Update
I should have known better. GW snuck in another points update. I do really like the idea of the new Cadian Recon Squad unit that got added this week β¦
β¦ but at 80 points, I'm having trouble finding a spot for them in my Armylists. They're not a good fit for my Rogue Trader Void Trooper Lists, as I like to minimize units that aren't 4+ Armour Save in those.
That leaves my Tech-Guard Hypaspist List, or my Brood-Brothers-Auxilla-Counts-As-Motorcycle-Gang List, both of which are already conceptually sound, and there's no convenient 80 point chunk I could swap out for. Maybe after I see what changes come from the switchover to 11th Edition I might end up having room for them somewhere.
Since last update I did end up finding a place for the new Centaur RSV and so now it's in the Motorcycle Gang List alongside the Legends Centaur Light Carrier. Of course, I had to make models for both.
I also made a model for a Tech Priest Manipulus that I'm very happy with.
Since these posts seem to get more traction when I leave out any links, as before, I'm going to break out links to my Homebrew "Codex" and Gallery in a reply to this post.
