#Repost @imjustheretomakeyouthink with The term "African-American" is a well known misnomer. The term "Black" is a state property status, and it has no standing at nor in law. Agreeing with those multiple different "slave" stories, that you have no solid proof of, and believing Melville Herskovits' Middle Passage aka trans-Atlantic slave trade story, forces you to lose your identity, cultures, languages and even your actual history. Remember that they wanted to buy lands from the French on the "coast of Afrika", in order to remove and ship those "copper-colored races found here by the Europeans," who were raiding the pale face foreigners that were infiltrating their lands. Those people were are ancestors! Out of fear they wanted to remove our ancestors from these lands (i.e. doctrine of discovery), and by indoctrinating (i.e. compulsory Educational institutions) the story of "you came from Afrika" immediately forces you to lose your connection to your own homeland, and also it makes you an undocumented immigrant who has no actual family in Africa. If they choose to deport you, where would you live? You have no documentation to even prove to the Africa governments that you belong there. The slave trade story would NOT count as your ticket to living in Africa, nor being of African descent for that matter, and that was already proven by both parties a long time ago. The problem is that these foreign entities are spending billions of dollars to not only keep us separated as a nation of people, but to also not inform us of who we truly are. Why? Well... Once we know why our identities were continuously changed multiple times over the years, by the US Census, Govt and even our own people, then we would not only realize that the "American Negro is the American Indian" but we will know that the govt is actually in debt with us; being as though our ancestors were owed billions of dollars & millions of acres of land due to promises or treaties that were made. We were always here!
