I went to the gym and i weighed myself. Honestly i dont care anymore about numbers on the scale. Now i mainly focus on eating nutritious food and avoiding sugary food. Guess what? I lost a kilo. Im 47.6 kg now. Interesting!!!! I tak exercise for a long ass time like 2 times a week je sekarang. And im losing a kilo. Losing weight is great guys im not complaining. But i think all the weight that i lost is messing up my hormones. I think my body terkejut owner dia dah kurus. I used to be 58 kg. Chubby kid ahaha. Now that ive achieved my target i can eat whatever i want now. No regrets. And that is the best part of losing weight.
