Its been a good week. The job that I didn’t get, that I was super bummed about, I ended up getting. So I basically get to stay in boutique hotels + get paid to photograph the spaces. I’m also trying studio shots for my other gig which will be 10/10 interesting since I have never done that & also have no lighting whatsoever (insert crying emoji here).
Keith and I are going camping + fishing tonight/tomorrow. I have my first hotel shoot tomorrow. Then TBH I’m probably not even going to stay the night at the hotel because there are stars that I’d rather sleep under.
Oh, I’m also going into my bartending gig today to talk to HR about going down to only working 4 days and maybe seeing if they’ll allow for a set schedule. I would still be getting enough hours to be considered full-time (need those benefits!) but it would give me so much more free time to get. shit. done.
Also my home is clean for the first time in what feels like forever and I’ve got just laundry tubs full of clothes that I am selling + donating, as well as makeup and arts + crafts stuff because I am suchhhh a girl and I just hoard everything. Like, 5 brown eyeliner pencils that have nothing left in them? Yeah, they’re still somewhere around here.

I have so much hedgehog stuff but no actual hedgehog.
