IGN just dropped their review of Duster, and it’s got that gritty retro vibe we didn’t know we needed.
Set in the dusty 1970s Southwest, the series follows a getaway driver (Josh Holloway) tangled in chaos, crime, and questionable loyalty. With J.J. Abrams and LaToya Morgan behind it, the style is strong—think pulp, grit, and some slow-burn storytelling.
IGN praises the aesthetic and the potential, but also warns it might take a few episodes to really hit its stride. If you’re into character-driven crime stories with a throwback feel, it might be worth checking out.
Streaming now on Max.
