#grey wolf

I also experienced my first physical and mental shift today. I was upstairs with my family and my mind just morphed. My mind and thinking just felt like that of a wolf's, there was hardly any trace of human thoughts in my head.

I also felt like I had ears atop my head, a tail, and that my hands morphed into paws.

Maybe in another universe I’m running through forests, swimming in rivers, howling at the moon.

Maybe in another universe I’m hunting with my pack, playing with them, guarding territory with them.

Maybe in another universe I am a wolf…

Why couldn’t it be this one?

Tibetan or Himalayan Wolves (Canis lupus chanco), family Canidae, order Carnivora, Ladakh, India

It is disputed whether this is merely a subspecies of the widespread grey wolf (Canis lupus) or its own distinct species.
