What do you MEAN you had a cormorant!!! How does that happen???
i'll keep things shorter this time!
i used to live in the polish countryside and one day the cormorant plummeted into our garden with an injured wing. we never chose to have animals around, they all just happened out of nowhere. he was very aggressive towards us, which was understandable. he was in pain and disoriented. still, we tried to take care of him by letting him live in the basement with the wing to heal. it was a very short time, around a week, and he did try to attack me a bunch, but he was loved despite it until the very end
one day i got back from school and was told he magically recovered while i was gone and flew away. i get what they were doing, but man, i would love to have given him a proper burial if they had just told me the truth
