I wish someone actually cared about how shitty I feel

I’m upset it’s not fair and I’m not okay

I can’t think of a time in my life where I’ve ever felt so alone. With it being the holidays, I feel so distanced from my family. I’m not sure if I’m not doing my part or if the damage I am feeling is valid. I want so bad for someone to check in on me and care about what’s happening to me, but I seem to go unnoticed. I wonder if it’s the strong persona I put out trying to avoid vulnerability. Like I said, I’ve never felt so alone.
