meanwhile, i think a lot of common people wouldn't take a relationship with him seriously either. just hookups, or fwb / situationships. he is a weird minor celebrity with a strange personality (including his immaturity), although is not like that's a nation-people thing only, of course. humans can worry about being too much of a "nobody" to be with him, or about either being too young (he has lived centuries) or too old (dying first) for him. and even if a relationship becomes more serious, it can end because the mentioned potential issues or something else, or maybe it just doesn't work. or, the other person could be too creepy, or not interested enough him in as person, more about the concept(s) he used to represent, or more in love with the idea of him than him himself, or trying to be famous (lol why him), etc. or (last one i promise), as the first linked post said, he still could be more interested in another non retired nation-person.
