Baby got back! 💙 Bringing you a back and bicep workout that you can perform at the comfort of your own home!! Back workouts from home can be hard to create, but with a a kettlebell and a couple dumbbells we can get creative! Note- if you don't have weights at home you can use house hold items around the house like a gallon of water, a bottle of laundry soap, a bag of books, etc!
🦋 Alternating seated dumbbell curls (18 reps, 9 each arm 3x)
🦋 Dumbbell Rows (12 reps 3x)
🦋Backfly (15 reps each 3x)
🦋 Isolated rotating curls (15 reps 3x)
🦋 Single Arm dumbbell row (15 reps each arm 3x)
🦋 Kettlebell upright row (15 reps 3x)
