Advice: I don't like the theme very much, (I usually don't really like big sidebar themes)
And the links are a bit confusing (big, small, medium) and then theres that you've also got links in your sidebar when you hover which look a bit messy because one overlaps on your description.
(i usually like minimalistic themes and there are some lovely ones here, x.x.x.x)
