How kind can you be when you are triggered? Kindness needs to emerge in places of trigger, push and conflict. Right now my family and I are traveling through the UK and have arrived in London and I’m observing so much tension, so many quarrels and fights between people. Yet everyone is so kind to strangers around them it they can remember that. It touches me so deep and makes me so sad. My daughter who is 4 observes the same asking why everyone is always so angry. And how we are the people of love. And so I asked her to just send the once who don’t seem to feel love or kindness love and kindness. And so we did.
