I’ve walked half a mile with a bumble bee 🐝 on the end of a stick to try and save its life. I found it in the middle of a road struggling to make its way to the verge . It gladly climbed onto the end of a long stick and I carried it back to safety in my garden . I quickly made up and gave it a solution of sugar 2:1 with water and popped it onto a flower to rest. . After an extremely long rest I’m happy to say it did fly away, I was quite concerned at one point that it wasn’t going to. . Apparently, my mum heard bees are struggling at the moment due to the sharp changes in weather resulting in less flowers 🌸 blooming for them. So I planted lots of seeds, hopefully they grow 🤞🏻 . No matter the size of your outside space, planting any flowers you can will help bees 🐝 and pollinators. Without them the planet will be in even more trouble than it currently is. . Save a life, no matter how small.
