Skeith. You ever realize how much of a connection you have with something until its wrenched out of you without your knowledge. It was different from when he thought of it as just a source of power, a weapon to use for his own selfish goals- it became more than that. Understanding what it means to protect someone and take back that part of him that a violent AI ripped away so readily just because he said no and fragmented a 10 year old’s memories so long ago.

Skeith was as every part Haseo as Ryou Misaki was, and that faded name too. And that knowledge ended with some days where he felt empty without his Avatar.

Of course it is; this particular blade is one he finds easy to discern, even if Ichigo might not recognize him in turn. Such a cruel thing, fire, yet there are some who might say that it is more a mercy to forget than it is to remember.

As the Festival of the Sun soon approached, Solias garnered more and more tourists, which for Aqua meant more people to watch out for while atop the lifeguard’s chair at the beach.
