Cybercriminals are creating fake IC3 websites to harvest personal and financial information, exploiting minor URL changes to deceive users.

WV Mugshots End NOW!

So, the reason for the comparison of these two states in terms of WV Mugshots is simple. New York state quite naturally contains New York city which so large, it doubles the runner-up (Los Angeles) 

Furthermore, you’d think if there was some massive collection of booking photos, that a state that is 10x bigger in population would win the race right?

So due to extreme negligence of public record, West Virginia has  16x more mugshots in this particular extortionists database!

Why is is this a problem?

Because in addition to being a criminal hacker bordering homegrown terrorist, this criminal racketeer business model not only exposes minors to identity theft but in rare occurrences it makes them victims of sexual assault!

Google is totally on board with that apparently. But here is the thing, I DGAF who has the authority or doesn’t, nor will I sit around and wait for some formality or legal basis to stop such scum!
