Reta Mays, a former nursing assistant at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia, plead guilty on Tuesday to the murders of 7 veterans, accordingto the DOJ. She also plead guilty to  assault with intent to commit murder on another. She gave no reason for her actions, but faces 7 life sentences and 20 years for the assault, plus $250,000 fines for each case. ProsecutorsâŚ

So, the reason for the comparison of these two states in terms of WV Mugshots is simple. New York state quite naturally contains New York city which so large, it doubles the runner-up (Los Angeles)Â
Furthermore, youâd think if there was some massive collection of booking photos, that a state that is 10x bigger in population would win the race right?
So due to extreme negligence of public record, West Virginia has 16x more mugshots in this particular extortionists database!
Why is is this a problem?
Because in addition to being a criminal hacker bordering homegrown terrorist, this criminal racketeer business model not only exposes minors to identity theft but in rare occurrences it makes them victims of sexual assault!
