these two are so good for each other when they go out (jk they’re good for each other all the time but you know what i mean), @youremarvelous was talking about yuuri noticing when viktor gets sad-drunk after a while (which is a BIG DEAL TO VIKTOR because he’s very good at hiding it) and just pouring affection on him like a big tipsy jug of HELLO YOU’RE HERE I’M HERE AND I LOVE YOU. drunk yuuri is sober yuuri but amplified, so he breaks out all the pet names and hugs and casual touches that sober yuuri’s usually too reserved to do in front of other people, he’s literally hanging over viktor and snuggling him and keeping him buoyed up enough to have a good night (and if not, he’ll take viktor home and snuggle him there). yuuri leaning up to whisper in viktor’s ear and making viktor shake with laughter on the dancefloor. they make each other feel super warm inside

Anyways Yuuri takes Victor with him to the Detroit Uni of your choosing 10 year do, and while his classmates knew vaguely that Yuuri was an athlete, they had no idea to what level. And you know Yuuri was a looker, but getting to know Yuuri made you want him more, and thus a lot of the classmates he got to know as friends sometimes see him in their old social media accounts and sigh.
